Its super-fast self-leveling motors are accurate to 1/16 of an inch at 100 feet, a range of up to 2,600 feet, and leveling within 5 degrees. This means that you′re going to be accurate the first time every time. Its remarkable slope feature makes it the perfect tool to help with excavating. If it is knocked out of position (and we all know they always are), it automatically re-levels itself with an outstanding accuracy of +/-10 arc seconds in angular measurements. All of these features plus optional dry, rechargeable battery operation makes the Topcon RL-H4C more than twice the laser offered by most of it’s competitors.

With all great products like the Topcon RL-H4C Rotary Laser Level there are always cons that we feel everyone needs to know about before deciding to purchase any products. Here is a list of the cons that we found with the RL-H4C Laser Level
The first thing, not really so much of a con for the right person is the price. For a contractor the price is great but if you are a homeowner of will not use it often then we would recommend you go for a cheaper option.
Although the slope feature is great there is nothing that really tells you the slope that you are on, if they had this feature it would really help
